"Working with Kurt was an absolute pleasure.  He was prompt, professional and enthusiastic about the project.  He was both a good listener and presented some very attractive plant options for me to select from in order to achieve the Japanese feeling that I wanted for the design of the new plant bed.  Kurt was also responsive to concerns I had about water runoff in one specific area of the bed, where he focused on laying river rock to absorb the run-off.  He was also sensitive to my desire for more mature plantings, which I really appreciated because the day before the installation was scheduled, when he went to pick up a topiary that had been ordered for the job and noticed that it was heavily sheared back and would not appear full until the end of the season, he e-mailed me a photo of it and also e-mailed other available plant options if I wanted to swap it for something else to plant in the new bed, which I ended up doing.  I was not at home when the installation took place, but Kurt followed up with me that evening to make sure that I was satisfied with the job, and I was thrilled with the way it turned out -- very well designed with lovely textured evergreens and the added interest of the river rock with larger boulders perfectly placed and not overdone.  I could not be more pleased!
