"The experience of having a roof installed on a home that is attached to a neighbor has all the pitfalls that could negatively affect your relationship with your neighbor. As well as affecting the other neighbors because parking is at a premium at this city location. This year (2018) we had him reside the garage to match the house. Also this year we were in need of a shed and since we are up in years could not construct the foundation ourselves.
