"James came out, gave me a estimate and informed me that I had a leak around a pipe and would be back the next day to repair it. James came out and did go in my roof and repair it where he said it was leaking. A few days later it rained and my roof leaked worse than before, so I called him and he came out the next day. He stated he didn t know why it was leaking, but claimed he put enough tar around it, that it shouldn t leak now. Two days later, however it was leaking same as before, like nothing had been done. I contacted James and he said, you have a crazy leak, and I just don t know why it s still leaking. He then stated to me that I might just need the backside of my roof reshingled as he thinks now the shingles are bad. That s the first time he mentioned anything about my shingles being bad. After texting me many times he said I ll just return your money cause I don t know what s wrong with your roof. I never ask for a refund, I stated to him look, I just wanted my roof repaired where it doesn t leak. You didn t do that or couldn t fix it. I have to find someone who can fix it. That s all. Ok. He then stated he would send me a money order. The next day he texted me to scold me for leaving an unfavorable review of him on home advisor. I told him I would edit the review when I got the refund. I received the money order today. I can t recommend CJ s as they couldn t help me, but I ve nothing bad to say about the guys themselves."
