"These guys have yet to let us down. Our house looks great and the exterior painting has completely dried and has brought our house back to life in the neighborhood. Looks brand new from the outside. We had a new deck built in back as well and the stain matches perfectly with the new color of our home. This is important because the original stain that I had selected when we picked out the house color was so different and right on key our project manager suggested a different stain, one the would blend and match the new house color. He was so right! My first choice in stain would have almost clashed color wise. Now it just blends and rolls into each other smoothly. I love it! All of it! "Now let me just start off this review by saying that I am a contractor's worst nightmare. This is because I am a perfectionist and will find every little thing that needs to be corrected or altered. That being said Hollywood refinishing, and the owner Tarwat, did not let that phase them. Tarwat was available at every step of the way and was very good responding to texts and emails. We kept our current cabinet frames and had them give us new doors and also a brand-new custom built in pantry. They did a good job of prepping and taping everything off, but just to warn you it is still very dusty during the process, but what construction isn't? <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />All the doors and drawers (also all new drawers) are all soft close and the cabinet above the fridge is also new, in addition to the pantry which we absolutely love. It has four large pull out drawers on the bottom half of the pantry and one shelf on the top. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Since we both work full time we left a lock box outside for his guys to come in when they needed to work. I felt comfortable having them in my home and they cleaned up after every day of work. Again like I said anytime I needed something adjusted because of my perfectionism, Tarwat had no problem sending his guys back over. I would definitely recommend them! <br />"

"Garry called me and requested to come over to see the scope of the work. He showed up right on time for the appointment and after I showed him the broken pocket door and explaining that I wanted all the hardware to be replaced including the top track. He wanted to make sure about the quality of the top track I like him to buy, so gave him my specification that is to get an aluminium track and 3 wheel rollers, I was tired of spending money to repair every year. He called me the night before to make sure I will be home. He showed up on time to start the work. I told him here you are, I will be in my home office, when done just call me. So, took a little longer that I expected it, because of wall sheathing being plaster board, but when he called me and went to see the completed project, to my surprise, he had completed the job and just about ready to paint the access opening of the wall - which you need to open to replace the track. He charged me exactly what we verbally agreed and I was very happy that after so many years of search and work with so many handyman, I finally found a professional and honest person who respected the verbal contract and did not charge me more for the extra unexpected site issues. Garry has very good communication skills and keeps you updated with the schedules and appointments via cell phone. I will recommend him to anyone for a small or medium projects.
