"I contacted Thad Claunch of Platinum Roofing to evaluate my roof as I was seeing shingles in my lawn. He was there the next day and said I did have wind damage and to contact my insurance company. He met my insurance agent when he came and they reviewed the damage. When I received the first payment from my insurance company, Thad was over the review options and sign the contract. This occurred on Friday. The roofing job was completed the next Friday (and the delay was because I got a special order shingle which delayed the job two days). The job was done professional with no issues. There was no damage to the surroundings and the job looks excellent. Thad provided pictures was the roof was being done. All total, it was a quick and painless experience. I would recommend them without hesitation."

"Phil was polite and prompt. He seemed quite knowledgeable. I had a leak around my chimney flashing. He explained what he planned to do and WHY. He got to my job in a reasonable length of time. I had some underpayments rot due to my leak, and he replaced what of that was necessary. His flashing work looked to be of good quality and neat. He cleaned away brick scaling on the chimney, caulked and sealed the entire exposed chimney and resealed the chimney cap. His crew cleaned up all the debris and as a courtesy he used his blower and cleaned my gutters. We have had only two small showers of rain so no real test of the ultimate goal. From the quality of the work, I have confidence the problem was fixed. At this point, I would enthusiastically recommend this company. I probably have 3-5 years remaining life on the rest of my roof. I foresee engaging his services when that larger project comes due! PS: It has now been several months and several heavy prolonged rains and the repair has not Leaked."
