"When my water heater was in need of repair, I called them, they were prompt, courteous and professional. My water heater was 29 years old, no hope of a repair. I was shocked how much it cost to replace it. But I was given several options. I was told there was an issue with my vent, that there was a backdraft. I thought it was a sales pitch, so I found out how to check it my self. It was true, Carbon Monoxide was coming back into my basement. Yiikes. I went with a tankless water heater, mainly because of the warranty. The plumbers we very fast and friendly, it was complete in 5 hours. Inspection was included, of course we passed. I would recommend this company to everyone I know."

"Initially there were a few issues that came up, but Don Hughes did a great job with what he was given on the fly. He really does GOOD, CLEAN work. Don kept me informed through EVERY step of the process because there were the early "snags" that really slowed his installation process. Don has been trained on Navien Tankless Water Heaters, so when my application required another (NEW) Rinnai system (because of space considerations), Don was able to quickly adapt to the situation and install PERFECTLY a product he was never trained on, serviced or installed before. The entire ECO staff was fantastic to work with from the beginning estimate to the end when they had another teammate call and follow-up on the whole project. Don did a great job cleaning up before he left, couldn't tell he was even there. I will be staying with ECO Plumbing, Electric and HVAC for my home appliance servicing and upgrades. Thanks ECO!"

We had our 24 y/o system upgraded to a high efficiency, 2 stage, Trane system. Our old 2-ton system was too small to make our 2 story home comfortable. Logan installed a 3-ton A/C unit, & had to replace some old, smaller duct work, as ours was not equipped to handle the new system properly. The install took 2 days since the duct work was needed. Overall, everyone was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional."

"They also indicated they charged about $800 to install a water heater and locally it is less than $250.  After I found a much simpler plumbing job to do which was to replace the overflow drain assembly in a tub which they usually charge $250 for I had them do it. Roto Rooter appears to be a national account for Angies List. and because they charge 2-3 times as other vendors instead of a fair price it is very deceiving and quite rude and deceiving.  I really did expect more from Angies List.  My wife wanted me to contact you for other jobs previously but this was the first time I attempted it.  If I had not found the smaller job for them to do I would have been out the $79 and  not gotten anything for the money.  You need to take a close look at their pricing and marketing practices. <br />"

"Had a water heater go out on a Saturday. A friend of mine gave me Shane&#39;s contact information. He was out of town but sent Marco out to my home within 30 minutes of talking with him. Marco ended up installing the water heater first thing Monday morning after the part that was ordered didn&#39;t remedy the situation. Marco was pleasant, and effecient.
