"Frisby did a great job on my new roof installation. I contacted them and filled out the contract online, then a few days later had a phone conference to go over the contract and ask questions. We were put on their schedule and informed it would be about four weeks, which was fine. I regularly received e-mail updates as to our start date. Within 2 weeks I received a call that the materials would be delivered the following Tuesday and the work would start on Wednesday [weather permitting]. The crew arrived at 7:00 am, unloaded their tools and went straight to work. The work included removing an old unused fireplace insert stack and 2 wind turbine vents before the new shingles were installed. The holes were boarded up so the roof had a solid surface. They completed the installation in one day, and other than a few minor details which are being resolved, they did a great job. They cleaned up my yard of debris and nails before leaving. The ladies in the office were a pleasure to work with, the pre-work inspectors were very knowledgeable, the crew was professional and hard-working, and the post-work inspector was very receptive to my observations and questions. All in all, I would highly recommend Frisby for any roofing work you may need !"

A quick Google search and thankfully Atherton Plumbing was the first to take my call. I had already shut off the water & put down towels. They said someone could be at my house in 30 minutes. I was shocked & pleasantly surprised. Mason got here quickly & was the nicest & very knowledgeable guy. He helped me understand what the problem was & my options including the cost of each. Since our water heater was almost 10 years old, the best options was to replace it. Within an hour Dylan arrived with the new water heater & they got it installed.
