Small jobs welcome

"Kevin is extremely professional and dependable but that is not why I am giving him all FIVES. His workmanship is second to none. I have remodeled many times and I am very picky. His work is second to none. I don't think there is anything he can't do. I had a very long "punch list", added things to it after he started and he got the majority of it done in 3 days!! Plus his prices are very reasonable."

"The technician came the day after calling in the need for repair. He diagnosed the problem of needing the ignition replaced. He replaced the ignition and then tested the oven to make sure it worked. I was very happy with their quick response and being able to fix my oven. The technician was very courteous. Thank you for fixing my oven. I would definitely use them again."

"Dillon did a dryer repair for me, replacing worn out parts, blower wheel, roller and shaft. A weird thing happened in that the dryer belt shredded within a week. Dillon came back, guaranteed his work and replaced the dryer belt for free. He is very personable and can show you what is going on inside the appliance."

Emergency services offered

"Excellent. We call them for any plumbing needs. Its not unreasonable for the price. The price is in line with anyone else. Their response is always good. They are busy, so you may not get same day response. If you have an emergency, they will come out right away. If its not, you may have to wait a day or so. They are a good company, and they have so many customers. Most definitely. There was one worker. It depends on the job. They have never been out here more than thirty to forty five minutes. Depending on what the job is. Spotless. The whole service. They are very friendly. Professional. Do a good job. They get the job done."

FAQs for appliance (major electric appliance) installation and replacement projects in Beavercreek, OR

A pro starts by setting the units in place and connecting them to the right plumbing lines, electrical circuits, and, for the dryer, a vent. If the hookups already exist, the job is quick. When they don’t, the installer must add plumbing, outlets, or a vent run, which takes more time and increases the price, especially when the laundry area is located far from existing utilities.

You’ll need the right pros for a tight stacked setup. A natural-gas plumber handles the water lines, drain, and any gas work, while an electrician installs the circuit the dryer needs. If venting or framing changes are required, hire a general contractor to patch the drywall or adjust the framing so that everything meets code and operates safely.

Permanent models need complete plumbing, electrical, and—for dryers—vent hookups. Portable units skip most of that and can run on a standard outlet with a temporary water connection. If your home already has a code-approved hookup, you just connect the new appliances. If not, hire a licensed pro to add the lines and vent so the machines run safely and efficiently.

Relocating a hookup costs between $500 and $5,000, as it may involve installing new outlets, gas lines, vents, and drain pipes. The price increases when the new location is far from existing utilities or requires additional framing and drywall work. Have licensed professionals evaluate your layout, provide a quote for the move, and handle the installation so that every component meets code and works safely.
