He was at my home by Noon the following day and had my roof patched and protected in an hour. He was a real blessing! Next, I was very upset at the cost of a new roof which was badly needed, but he was able to work with me on price and even got the job done a few days later. A whole new roof in just 2 days! His team was fast, friendly and answered my questions. They cleaned up as best they could (we had a wind storm) and then Rigo himself showed up the next day to get leftover trash and scraps. I cannot tell you how wonderful an experience I had. I am getting emotional just writing this. He made the nightmare of our leak and needing an entire new roof as easy and painless as he could. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
