"Many thanks to Ti Sutherland for outstanding information and advice regarding the purchase and installation of a water heater even though his firm was to booked to take my job."

"Robert did a great job! He assessed our situation and provided solutions. Replaced the water heater in an efficient and timely manner. He also arranged for the work to be done on another plumbing issue we have on Monday. Very professional!"

"EXCELLENT! It was a somewhat emergency call because my walls were being damaged by the water, and Matt replied right away to my call trying to fit me in. He text back and said one of his guys, Ryan, was available and on his way! Ryan was great! Courteous, professional, punctual (and bonus - he unclogged the bathtub drain!). Thank you for saving the day!"

He recently installed a new water heater at my home in Wilsonville, and the experience only reinforced why I trust him so much. Eric is honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and does exceptional work. He takes the time to explain everything, offers fair pricing, and truly cares about his customers. My clients have always had great experiences with him, and I never hesitate to send his name their way. "Well, it's fixed. A learning experience ? get many bids and make sure the company wants your business. Pros ? Technicians were polite and respectful of my home while I worked in meetings all day. ? The pooling water issue in the basement was resolved, and the floor is now dry; the work was ultimately completed. ? Initial estimate visit was free, but not thorough ? Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee."

"zach Bruckelmyer reconnected the water line to my ice maker. the water line was disconnected during a remodel and not reconnected. zach came in performed the job and took video of his work to review with me. He was punctual, friendly, thorough and professional. I would highly recommend him. Job well done"

"The time from our initial call to tech on site was the next AM. The tech called about 30 mins before his arrival. Our water heater is 14 years old so we feared the worst. However the problem was merely a pilot light that went out. The tech made sure the pilot light was working and the water heater was heating properly. He explained how to relight the pilot light very clearly. He then provided us with estimates for various replacement water heaters but without any sales pressure. Our tech Vitaly G. was very pleasant and very professional. The total cost was ~$180."

"I am very happy with the service and the attention to detail. Hans installed a new water heater for me and updated items that needed to be brought up to code. He made sure it worked properly and everything was clean when he left. I will use NW Sundance again."

"Let me tell you that Bluefrog completed a wonderful job. I needed a new hot water heater. Within minutes from when I called for a referral, they reached out and called me, scheduled to come out to provide a good estimated price and came out the same day. And within a couple of days, they installed the new water heater, and they did the whole job, in just one day; also at an affordable price. I find them very competent, professional and they were able to answer all of my questions. I definitely will add them to my portfolio of vendors, and call them on a yearly basis. Thank you so much!"

"I used Wolfers for my new water heater install, and they were awesome! They gave me multiple options, and were very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them, and will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs."
