"We are very pleased with our new Master Bathroom. We removed a large tub which we never used, replacing it with a custom shower and linen cabinet. In addition, we replaced the vanity, light fixtures, countertop, plumbing fixtures, flooring, etc. Alex was very responsive to our initial inquiry and subsequent questions. It was an expensive project, but the bid was fair and we were given more affordable options when possible, while keeping the quality outstanding. Our Project Manager Gary was easy to work with, kept us informed and kept to the schedule. He was onsite for most of the work and we had no issues with any of the subcontractors. Our bathroom is beautiful, and we would not hesitate to work with them on our next project."

On the install day Erik and his co-worker showed up on time ready to work. I had expected the work to take 2 1/2 days. Erik finished it in 2. Wednesday night I got to use my new bath/shower. I am completely happy with how it all turned out."

"I had a leaking roof and needed to get a new one quickly. Lo's Contracting had the best bid and time frame. I'm happy with the end result however it was a bit a fiasco. When putting on the roof there was a bad rainstorm at night and only the underlayment was down at that point. Water came in through almost every room in the house. As you can imagine, I was freaking out! However, I was able to get a hold of one of the workmen who called it in and everyone came out that night around 8pm in the dark and rain and put tarps over the entire house. They brought in huge de-humidifiers the next day and had them running for a few days which seemed to dry everything up. (Lo's Contracting paid for the extra electricity that the de-humidifiers used). They also replaced the insulation in the attic crawlspace at no cost. Three years later there was a leak around one of the nails and pipe collar on the roof, which reading up on does happen(not sure if it should happen after 3 years(that's why the B...but) Amadou was quick to check it out the same day I called and then sent someone as soon as their schedule allowed, a couple days. I appreciate them fitting me in to the schedule and responding so quickly and apologetically. They also cleaned my house after all was done. Amadou, the owner, and Marlon and his team were great to work with, friendly and fixed a couple little things that weren't on the bid at not cost. I would hire again - I'm just not doing anything during the rainiest months of the year again!"

"D & F Plumbing Co did a great job with scheduling, communicating, confirming, and sent me Ben...the best plumber! Ben gave me the information I needed to make the necessary decisions regarding my failing toilet, new toilet options and pricing...as well as considerations about replacing or not replacing the defunct disposal that greeted me as I moved in my new place. He did an excellent job with installation too! It was more expensive than expected, but so were the other repairs I have done this week, lol! I will always ask for Ben, and I hope he'll replace my next toilet in a few months."

"The whole experience with 3 Mountains Plumbing was outstanding from Nicole at the office to Jon Marc and Peter, the plumbers. They originally scheduled me for an appointment 5 days out, but Nicole watched appointments carefully and moved my appointment to the same day I called. Jon Marc, the plumber, was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me different options, which allowed me to decide what worked best for me. He even gave me a teacher discount. After installing my water heater at 8:00 p.m. at night, he discovered a manufacturing problem with the water heater. He called another plumber, Peter. Peter was going off shift and was at the office, but got another water heater and brought it to my house so Jon Marc could install it! I think other plumbers would have said that they needed to come back the next day, but Jon Marc stayed until 10:00 p.m. installing the water heater. I will never use another plumbing company because 3 Mountains is the best! Nicole, Peter and Jon Marc... Thank you!"
