"I tried calling several other companies but they didn't get back to me in a timely manner. Derrick called back within an hour and set up an appointment for the same day. Once he tested the system it was clear that the pump and tank needed to be replaced. He changed the pump that day (Monday) and said he would return at 9:30 on Wednesday to replace the tank. He arrived right on time, replaced the tank, gave me a complete explanation of what had been done and the warranties on the pump, tank, and labor. The only thing I might suggest is that he should discuss the estimated cost of the project prior to doing the work and give a more detailed breakdown on parts and labor. Overall I'm very happy with his work and have no hesitation in recommending him and his company."

Brent & company came in with the knowledge, equipment and skills that were required to complete the job professionally and efficiently. There was no coupler on the pipe leading to the distribution box, necessitating cutting the pipe to get the sump pump out. No check valve. Do NOT use this guy."
