I called them up and they came out gave me all my options and advised me on the best way to add duct work etc. They gave me a date they would be there and said it would take 2 days to complete the install. They showed up on time. They finished it in 2 days. Guys were professional and clean. The whole project came out better than I expected. I couldn't be more happy. I would recommend them to anyone. "It took 3 - 4 days for the provider to contact me. Then they called me and gave me a time to come for the service. They ran a little late, so came in approximately 30 minutes late and when the technician showed up, he said that his boss told him to tune the A/C as opposed to cleaning the Oil Furnace. 
I had purchased a coupon for cleaning the oil furnace. Once he confirmed, things went pretty smoothly after that. He did his work and left.
