"I had the Everdry basement waterproofing with a couple of sump pumps added and it fixed my flooded basement. I have a house with mostly cinderblock basement walls. The causes and symptoms the service engineer described matched my experiences even though he came during a dry period when there was no water. He explained that an addition, with poured concrete walls, would not require treatment and did not try to sell treatment for that area. I have had no flooding since treatment, despite storms dropping up to 6 inches of rain in one day. The treatment was amazingly fast considering all the work they did, and they cleaned up very well after the treatment. It was the best investment I have made in home repair / improvement."

"Russ is one of the few contractors I've hired that over-delivered on what he promised. We hired his company to install carbon fiber straps on two of our basement walls that were starting to bow in a bit. We had quotes from several other companies, and we chose Precision Foundation Systems because their rates were competitive, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the process, and there was no BS nickle and diming going on like a lot of the other companies. He just quoted an all-in rate, then did a really beautiful job. They installed additional bracing where needed (and other companies did not include) and even added an additional strap at no addition charge--all to ensure he was completely resolving the issue and not leaving us with a potential problem in the future. He didn't mark up the permits at all either, which we appreciated. At the end of the day, it's all about the quality of the work, and I can't imagine anyone doing it better, cleaner, or more professionally. Thank you for exceeding our expectations Russ! I almost never get to say that to a contractor!"

"They installed a heavy duty sump with battery back-up, drainage around perimeter and center of basement and a dry well in back yard. They also patched cracks in floor. When they were done, they cleaned up everything, and the place was immaculate. I thoroughly recommend them!"

"One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."

Bryan came out early Saturday morning to look at the work, he was careful to bring all of the equipment through my woods so as not to damage the lawn at the front and side of my home. "Provider inspected areas of concern to me and provided recommendations for lowering risk of water and mold damage.  Provider also did outside inspection of house foundation and provided information about high moisture readings and areas where water could enter into the house.  He made several suggestions to lower the risk of water entering into the house.  He provided a written report of areas inspected inside and outside the house, noting problem areas and suggestions for improvement. <br />"

"We have learned over the years to have low expectations when it comes to contractors.  Well, we can honestly say that WMGB has raised the bar!  They contacted us within a day of our email through Angie's List. The salesman was out the next day and was knowledgeable about his product and helpful with questions.  The installer arrived as scheduled and was friendly and professional.  He carefully removed our old windows with no damage to our home and took them away.  He installed the new windows and cleaned up after himself.  The work was done on time and for the original cost.  The windows are beautiful and we wish we'd have done this years ago.  We could not be happier with our experience with WMGB (and trust us, that's a rarity in our home improvement projects!). <br />"

"It went very well. I contacted B-Dry and I was able to set up an appointment for an estimate very easily. While setting up the appointment, they let me know they had done a similar repair on the house back in 2001 (two owners ago), and that repair has held up to time. I scheduled the appoinment, they showed up on-time and completed the repair of the new crack that was letting water in. They also threw in chipping out some 'honeycombing' in the foundation that would very rarely let a trickle of water into the basement at no extra charge. While it hasn't rained yet since they repaired of the new crack, given that the 2001 repair hasn't given me any issues, I'm very confident that the new repair will hold up well. Overall, they did a great job!"
