He was very clear with the iCornerstone process, and the benefits of using this process. He is meticulous in measuring and understanding the existing structure. There are no guesstimates and all cost projections are based on the actual materials and labor needed to complete the work. Having such clarity regarding costs before any work begins is not something I've seen in this industry prior to this experience. It was certainly a welcome change. We now have plans for a home addition and complete control over the project. We decide the scope and can customize the plan to our budget. "I couldn't have been happier. They demo'd the old deck, disposed of the materials, and constructed the whole new deck within a week. The work was well done, once the job started it was done really fast even though it was horribly hot and miserable for them, and it was done exactly to code and I had no issues with the building inspector and got my certificate of completion with no changes. Jesse worked with me to tailor the potential options and choices to my budget. We used PVC decking with pressure treated rails. It looks great and I've gotten a lot of compliments on it. I'll be using them in the future when I need other work done."
