I spent a lot of time researching and talking to 6 different companies before I made a decision. My goal was to never replace the roof or siding on this house again no matter how long I decide to live here so it was important to me that it was done right and I was worried about it. I had a lot of questions and requested some changes plus there are always extra things that creep up and need to be addressed that have nothing to do with the primary job like fixing the deck flashing. Gary, Dave and crew were patient, professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Communication was really good. All of my concerns and extras were addressed without me having to ask again or give reminders. Timeline was good. Cleanup was good. Price was good. I am impressed with the way this company operates. They take pride in their work, they have integrity and they deliver."

"AMAZING! I first met AJ who walked me through the process and made me feel at ease. I chose my materials and signed the contract. It took about a month to get the materials back. But once they were in, 3 days later and my project was complete. It is BEAUTIFUL! The guys who did the work were all very kind. They worked hard and cleaned up each night better than it was the day before! My entire neighborhood keeps telling me how good it looks. I think they are all jealous. "The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"He can be pretty busy, so you might have to wait a week or two, but the wait is well worth it. He doesn't overbook, so he comes when he says he will. He has done much work both when I was living in the house and after I moved 350 miles away and put it up for sale. I simply gave him the keycode for the house and let him do his thing. He phoned photos of what needed fixing, and "after" photos. At first I asked for estimates, and after hiring him several times, simply gave him the go-ahead and his billing was more than fair. I once overpaid him by paying an invoice twice, and he tore up a $900 dollar check and texted me to let me know. THAT'S HOW HONEST HE IS! I've bought faucets and lighting fixtures online and had them delivered to him (because my house was vacant) and he installed them for me rather than insisting on buying them himself (as most contractors would) and passing a markup along to me. He also recommends others for work he doesn't care to do or doesn't have time to do. He will also tell you what doesn't need replacing but can be repaired at less cost. I cannot possibly write a recommendation for him that is as strong as he deserves! In sum, he does excellent work, is on time, reasonably priced, has the integrity of the Pope, is honest to a fault, and can be trusted with the keys to your kingdom."

"It was a little rocky to get started. I set the appointment online during the checkout directly from Angie's List. I didn't receive a call or email acknowledging the appointment. When I called a couple of days later, I was told that an email was sent but nothing appeared in my inbox or spam folder. Not a big deal. They were able to set up an appointment with me over the phone. I knew I wasn't going to be home upon their arrival so I advised that my wife would be so they would have access. I mainly wanted to have them inspect and perform minor repair to any areas that may draw attention from a home inspector as we would soon be placing our house on the market. I advised my wife to call me if they had any questions. She called while they were at the house and I explained to one of the reps what I was looking for (tighten up any loose gutters and check roof and siding for areas of concern/repair). I also asked if they'd be able to check for clogged gutters/down spouts. He agreed and we finished up the call. When I arrived home, I could see that a couple of down spouts had been cleared but a couple of very noticeable gutter issues were not fixed. I asked my wife and she said that they weren't there very long after I hung up the phone with them. They did show her an area of concern around the foundation during this visit. I called back the next day to inform them that the inspection/work seemed to incomplete. They weren't able to come back right away. However, they did return for a 2nd visit (about 2 weeks later) and tightened up the loose gutters. No mention of any roof needs and only a mention of a bee's nest when updating my wife about the siding. Overall, Michael in the office and the guys coming to the house were very pleasant and professional. I think with some fine tuning in our communication, everything could have been done in one shot. It wasn't a very time sensitive or pricey project so it didn't come with extreme inconvenience. If I were staying in the area and needed work done, I'd give them another opportunity."

"I hired Northeast Ohio Renovations to vinyl side my house in the summer of 2016. Their price was fair and the quality of the work was good. Only problems I had with them was they dropped off the materials for the job around 2 or 3 weeks before they started to work. So all those large boxes were in the way until they started the job. After they finished the job they took about 2 to 3 weeks to pick up the material they left at my house. So that material was in the way for some time also. This September, 2018, some of the siding was damaged when a large tree branch came down on all the wires going into my house and pulled the wires away from the house. A picture of the damage is attached. I called Northeast to see if they would come and repair the damage. Bob finally got back to me 2 weeks later after I left numerous phone messages. A few week after that he came and looked at the damage. He said he could repair it and would get back to me when he could do it. After not hearing from him for 6 weeks I called him a few times and left messages for him to get back to me with a date to do the work. I never heard back from him. One of the questions I asked the companies I interviewed for the siding job was "Will you be available in the future to do repairs if they are needed?". He answered they were available and did repair work on their jobs. Unfortunately for me this turns out not to be true. In summary, Northeast Ohio Renovations did good work at a fair price but does not provide after the job support."
