The repairman arrived the day I called, looked at my unit and said he had an identical new unit and would replace my old one and install it for 344.00. The next day it was installed while I was away. I have done a lot of work with Day and Night over the years. They educate me on how to take care of my appliances, mimimizing my repair/replacement costs. He is honest and extremely trustworthy.
