"Outstanding Service!! Had extended warranty on my LG refrigerator. First company came out to diagnose, didn t keep parts on hand and had to order compressor. Two weeks later never heard back and they aren t answering calls or emails. LG reassigned to Quality and Sonya called right away! Wow she gets a 10 for customer service! They were out next day. Dustin did the repair and it is cooling right now. Very professional young man. In today s times you don t get customer service like this!"

"Checked gas oven. We Couldnâ t get the oven to turn on. When he got here, he worked on the oven. He took it apart, checked the oven parts for any non working or broken Parts. He ignitited the gas to make sure it was turning on and heating, three times and checked of any plugged or clogged parts. Donâ t know why it wouldnâ t work for us. But it is working now. Gave a 30 day warranty for his work. Impressed! Thanks!ð"

"The work was done in a timely manner, her offered sound advice when I was trying to decide between repair or replace the washing machine. And he skillfully repaired it for a reasonable price. He also was respectful and kind."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"I had an issue with my dishwasher not working, and the technician from Fantastic Repairs did an excellent job fixing it. The repair was handled efficiently, and my dishwasher has been working perfectly for months now. Iâ m really happy with the service and professionalism. Highly recommend!"

"A guy named Ethan reached out to me about the refrigerator issue and came ready to fix it. It was a common problem so the fix was rather easy, but he noticed another issue with the fan system on it that likely caused the problem in the first place. He left to get the part and came back to install it. Mind you I had already paid in full BEFORE he left! A shady repairman would’ve NEVER come back! Ethan literally went out of his way to get BOTH issues resolved and I’m a happy camper! My refrigerator is literally running like brand new! Thank you Ethan, and THANK YOU TEXAS SON’S APPLIANCE REPAIR!!"

"Scott did an excellent job diagnosing the noise coming from our 20 year-old refrigerator and options available for repair or replacement"

"Customer service was top notch. From the beginning of my experience to the end of my experience this company brought nothing but professionalism! Absolutely love my new kitchen. We went for a Spanish style luck which they were definitely more than able to execute! Thank you again sonart!"
