They were very concerned about helping me upkeep the carpets in my home and telling me things to do to make the carpets last. The only concern I had was how clean the carpets really became. I tried out a new vacuum the day after they cleaned them and a significant amount of dirt was in the canister from doing just a 8 by 8 area.
