"The plumber arrived within the time frame, identified what had to be done and offered different models and price options regarding the replacement heater. Mario the plumber, was very knowledgeable in regards to what the new water heater standards are and what would best work in the space available. After agreeing on the replacement model and price, he picked up the unit from storage and within 2 hours had replaced the unit. During the install he explained in detail the features of the new unit and why new connections (replaced copper with flex piping) would prevent electrolysis due to steel pipes coming out of the heater and copper pipes installed in the home. All in all a very professional job. I would definitely recommend Legend Plumbing to friends and neighbors."

"Mr K repaired my Garbage Disposal. Working on also replacing the Faucets in my 1st floor bathroom."

"Chris did a great job on the demolition, he demoed my entire house approximately 1,600 sf in 2 days. Light fixture was installed in less than 30 mins."

"Very reliable everyone one was very curious and dependable. They even did some extras to help get our home ready to sell so they went over and beyond."

"Work was executed on time and with professional expertise. The quality of the equipment, however, was below par..The water continues to taste somewhat bitter as if some of the drainage water from the softener is seeping into the filtered system."

"Waterline was piped from well to house and sewer was payed for house . Efficient in all of their work and would definitely recommend and have them back again."

"Jordan mowed and weedeated and trimmed my trees. I asked him to permanently mow for me. My yard looks awesome ??"

"When I bought this house, it was was filthy, smelled horrible from outside even, was rodent and roach-infested. Counters, floors were wet and rotting. Everything had to be torn out and rebuilt. Now my home is beautiful. The bathrooms are lovely. There were no short-cuts or rush jobs, or anything left unfinished. I’ve had neighbors and friends who are in building and construction admire and compliment the high quality of the work done on my home. Most people who come in comment on the beautiful flooring, or the cleanliness of the walls and ceilings. I live in a quiet, gated community and there was never a complaint about a mess outside or noise. Very clean."

"Great crew and here everyday til finished can’t Thk them enough for the quick turnaround ❤️"

"Pretty well. Walter was anxious to start and they got the outside stucco, trim and repairs done quickly and well. The house looks very nice. The job took about a month. The inside did not go quite as smoothly. I did not know from day to day which rooms the painters were going to be in, so it made planning difficult for getting things out of their way--paintings off the walls, clothing out of the closets--things I prefer to do myself. The painters did not appear to be used to doing alot of work inside houses in which the owners were living and were not quite as careful as I would have liked. The sheet rock repair was well done and the paint looks good. They tended to borrow some of our tools and things from the garage to do work without asking, but were honest. Clean up wasn't quite as good as i would have liked. Walter was easy to get a hold of but communication with Walter did not always appear to get to his crew. When things came up on the job, and they always do, he was easy to work with. Over all, I would hire them again, but more heavily supervise the inside work. I was not home during the day."
