He diagnosed the problem and gave me options. He could replace the circuit board or repair the board himself. He advised me that the repair might last a few days or indefinitely. I chose for repair...a fraction of the cost of a new circuit board. Service was on 8/26/16. It is now 2/1/17 and the oven is working perfectly.
