He explained the roof certification process so there were no surprises when he arrived to do the job or after examining my roof. He said he could start the process the next day and he arrived on time. I needed minor repairs. He said he would be able to do the work the same or the next day - and that he would call to let me know. He called the same day (as he said he would) and returned to do the work that day. Again, he arrived on time and completed the job. His prices are reasonable. He is pleasant and and professional. It was refreshing to do business with someone/a company with such competency and professionalism. I highly recommend them."

"It is such a refreshing experience working with Ben. From the very beginning, Ben goes above and beyond to explain in detail about the process of redoing my siding and of repairing my partial roof. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He showed me different samples for the siding and for the roofing and explained about each one of them. He offered to directly with my deal with my insurance company throughout the whole process and is still dealing with them to cover the cost for my entire roof as the color of the asphalt that has been repaired does not exactly matched the rest of the roofing. "I had Premier Roofing come out on April 3, 2019. I was very impressed with the work and timeliness of repairs. I had old shingles removed and new shingles installed. The owner of company came out and gave me a estimate. He was very professional and was able to answer all my questions about products, warranties, etc. He also emailed me detailed contract with all work that was going to be done. When owner (Mike Tama) came out to give me estimate he was very patient and took his time explaining everything. The pricing was reasonable and he also advised me to get two more estimates."

With the covers we havent had to clean the gutters either. A 5 year inspection shows no water damage on the inside. Plus the house stands out on the street compared to other grey shingled roofs. This year we had windows replace in half of our home and they look pretty great.
