"I called four appliance repair companies and two said they did not service Bosch (strange because Bosch is the industry benchmark for dishwashers). One referred me to Master Appliance Repair because he was booed solid for several days. I called and Paul, the owner, said he could be at my house the same afternoon. The tech came and replaced the valve in my 8-year old dishwasher. The dishwasher did not work after the new valve and we called Paul. He came late the same day after 5:00 and unhooked the stopper which had been lodged out of place--no charge. Paul was GREAT.
