"Everything from the bidding process, through completion, was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Dimitri and every person who he brought into our home treated it as anyone would want their own to be treated. This was not a small project. They vaulted the ceiling in the living area, completely removing the roof on half the house, and did a full new roof. Matched the existing red oak hardwood flooring, and sanded/re-stained the entire upstairs. All the plumbing and electrical in the entire house was replace. New kitchen, 3.5 new bathrooms, finished basement, combined two bedrooms to make a master suite. New HVAC. New generator…. You name it, and it was done. When all was said and done, I think our two hall bedrooms were the one walls that weren’t torn down. We could not possibly recommend Dimitri and his company (his two sons work with him as well) any higher. They are honest, and hard working. Old school in all the best ways."

"Our new kitchen is beautiful, functional, and better than we could have imagined. AES transformed our cramped, galley-style kitchen into a show piece. Overall, the process was fairly smooth from design through execution. We enjoyed working with their interior designer/concierge person, Shawna—picking materials and products was a breeze, and we had the benefit of AES's direct relationship with some quality vendors. Furthermore, they produced good-quality architectural 3-D renderings which were very helpful for the design process. One nice anecdote: At the beginning, I let AES know that I wanted to do painting (to save a bit of money, and to do it to my liking). The kitchen crew still did fantastic wall prep—perfectly primed and smooth. The kitchen crew also carefully removed the old cabinetry intact and in good condition, allowing me to donate it eventually. I have one word of warning for customers undertaking any similar remodel: avoid Best Buy if you can! AES typically brings their clients to Best Buy for picking out appliances. While we were super happy with the products we bought, dealing with Best Buy was a nightmare. One appliance arrived damaged and Best Buy gave both us AND our AES rep the run-around trying to get it replaced. Thankfully, AES had our back and it was finally sorted and the appliance re-installed by the wonderful kitchen crew. The kitchen was finished sooner than expected too, with no loss to attention to detail."

"Over three years ago I fortunate to find Taylor Made Custom Contracting to work with on the remodel of my newly purchased 1959 house in Bel Air. Kevin was a joy to work with and totally got the remodel I was trying to do, which was easier said than done. Some of the features I wanted were nontraditional to say the least, and on top of that I had not actually moved into the house yet. Kevin had the additional pressure of working with me long distance! With all of that on the table, the construction job could not have gone more smoothly, thanks to Kevin's flexibility and the skills of the crew, and lots of texts, emails, calls, and photo tours. I did manage to make a couple of trips to visit while the house was under construction, so I was able to see the process from the framework up to the finish. In the end, the finished remodel far exceeded my original vision and three years later I am still in love with my new home. I was so satisfied that I have called on Kevin several times, since the original remodel, for other projects. Last year, Kevin and his team completed a beautiful backyard porch for us, that we still ask ourselves how we did without. Bottom line, I would highly recommend Taylor Made, Kevin, and his entire team. A pleasure to work with and a well made, beautiful finish to any work you may want done in your home or build. "Gus Moniodis of 4 Seasons Construction, LLC did a fantastic job on remodeling my kitchen. My house was built in the early 70’s and the kitchen needed to be gone. He did a fantastic job on clearing everything out and even worked around my appliances that I was keeping. He was very helpful on suggesting were I could purchase my cabinets and countertop at reasonable prices. Gus also did whatever I asked and even gave suggestions on some things because this was my first venture on doing anything like this. He was very professional and left my house clean, once he was finished for the day. Always on time and communicating which is very important to me. I know who I’ll be calling on my next project!!"
