"The process up to the QA Inspection was excellent. People were friendly and knowledgeable. Austin was excellent at giving honest answers to all our questions. When I asked him one he couldn’t answer he didn’t try to BS his way through, he simply said he didn’t know and then proceeded to make calls until he got an answer. At the Pre-install inspection we were told the install crew would arrive between 8-10. The install crew chief was very surprised to hear that when he arrived at 7. The installation was also excellent. Done and dusted by 4PM. The QA inspection cost you an excellent rating. It was little more than a high pressure sales pitch to replace my aluminum siding with vinyl. I just spent $20K on a new roof and he pressured us to spend another $40K on something that doesn’t need to be replaced. Not cool. I would definitely recommend Power, but with a caveat on the QA inspection."

I’ve used them twice - once to repair a siding issue and another time to replace my flat roof. The estimator (Rick) is always on time, professional, patient and nice. Both jobs I didn’t even have to be home for them to do the work. They took pictures of the work done and emailed them to me. This is my roofing company for life!"

The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! "I contacted three companies requesting an estimate to replace the roof on my 3-story townhouse. Liberty Windows and Siding contacted me within 2 hours. Originally, they scheduled a meet with one of their estimators, but when I mentioned I had read reviews involving Peter, the appointment was scheduled for the next afternoon with him. Turns out that Peter was on the other side of Baltimore at the time of our appointment, so at my suggestion we spoke on the phone as it was rush hour and I didn’t want him to try to rapidly get to my location during that time. Once I related to him that I needed a full roof replacement of my townhouse, Peter gave me a lot of information to consider, including the fact that he is one of the company owners. We engaged in a pleasant business conversation and some general chit-chat. Peter said he would get answers to my questions, obtain information regarding the size of my roof, and get back to me in a couple of hours. I was pleasantly shocked when during our next call, he offered a price to replace my roof that was so much lower than what I believed it could have been that I accepted immediately. I have yet to hear from the other two companies I had contacted. The next week Liberty Windows and Siding called to schedule the date of the work (and later reschedule--weather-related delays). The day of work, the crew was on time but there was a short delay as the materials had not yet arrived (different company). Once on-site and delivered to the roof, the Liberty Windows and Siding crew went right to work. I had already laid down some small tarps to cover the A/C compressor and some plants, bushes, etc., but they were respectful of my property and put down several additional large tarps to protect more of the lawn, the A/C compressor, and back porch. The crew answered any questions I had, picked up all the old shingles, plastic wrappers, and tar paper that floated to the ground rather than landing in the dumpster, and then used a long-handled magnet to find the errant nails from tear off. I had told Peter that I would buy the crew lunch, and they really seemed to enjoy it. I used to work in construction and, from the portions of the roof that I could view from the ground, the crew did an excellent job with tear-off and installation. They let me know that all the original plywood underlayment was in good condition and nothing structural needed replacing. It absolutely POURED down rain all the next day and night, and thus far I’ve seen no evidence of leaks. The roof is beautiful again and my house is looking so much better than its 27 years. I am extremely happy that I chose Liberty Windows and Siding to help maintain my home and highly recommend the company."
