"Mike came out and did an estimate for a wall removal for me. He answered the phone when I called (very rare for contractors) and we scheduled an estimate a few days later. At the estimate, he was extremely knowledgable and thorough, but was a little gruff. He also emphasized everything that could go wrong and added that in. This could be a good and bad thing. He gave me a ballpark number and left the property saying that he would follow up with a quote. But I didn't hear from again after that. Ultimately his estimate was a lot higher (about 5-10 times higher) than other contractors and his overall design of what it was going to look like in the end, didn't fit what I wanted. So we ultimately did not go with Teagno."

"Wayne was very responsive to my initial request for an estimate.  He was on time for his appointment and spent about an hour going over the bathroom and the measurements.  He answered a lot of questions I had about the project.  He mentioned a website that would give me an idea of what my remodel would cost.  This site had a price that was saying a 5x7 bathroom remodel in my area would be about $17,000 and from what I understood from our discussion, his price would be close to this number.  He did not give me a direct quote because I received another estimate one day after his visit and I felt it was unfair for him to write up a quote when I knew I would not be using him.   The anticipated cost on the website was significantly higher than the actual estimate I got.  I ultimately decided to go with the other contractor.  I was familiar with the other contractors work and the estimate the other contractor gave me was where I was anticipating my costs would be.    Like I said, St. G Services did not give an actual dollar amount because I did not want Wayne to have to put in extra time when I realized I would not be using his company.  I did email him within 24 hours of his visit to thank him for taking the time to meet with me and let him know what I would not be using his company.  I never heard back from him.  He did not ask what the other estimate was or even attempt to give me a price.  I guess I would have expected some form of communication trying to earn my business.   <br />"

"Keith was exceptionally helpful and professional in planning the replacement of our deck. He gave excellent advice, had great ideas, listened to what we wanted, and always considered cost and quality. He kept us informed throughout the project with daily texts and phone calls. He worked very neatly and efficiently, and was always on time. His complete trustworthiness made us comfortable to give him access to the property while we were away on several days during the job. His attention to detail made the finished product outstanding. His language and behavior was of the highest quality, as was his work. There was a daily text message about material ordering and delivery status, arrival time, and anything we needed to discuss. I have never been so well informed as to the status and cost of a project on and on-going basis. The size of the deck was over 800 square feet and our expectations were exceeded every day of the project. We had several quotes on the project. While Keith’s was not the lowest, it was nowhere near the highest, but the quality or work was the highest of any contractor we ever used. We recommend Keith unqualifiedly and look forward to working with him on upcoming projects."
