They had the tree cut up and limbed in another hour. I was very satisfied with the work they did. They were very professional, safe, and timely in getting the job done. I will be hiring them again as I have another tree to cut down. I strongly recommend this company."

"Two days ago during a storm, a huge pine tree fell on our shed and blocked our driveway. i called New England Tree Masters right away because I had used their service before and were very happy with them. Once again, they didn't disappoint me. They offered the most reasonable price, almost 1/3 of what the other tree service had offered me. They also did a terrific job removing the tree. They arrived on time, cleaned everything. Throughout the process, they were professional, respectful and friendly. They even trimmed one tree that was also damaged during a storm for free. "Stephen was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was prompt, responsive, and did an excellent job. We had had two estimates for the job, and although the price quoted was the same from both companies, Stephen distinguished himself by explaining that he would leave the area very tidy, whereas the other company had specified that the estimate did not include removal of the leaves, Stephen started the work at an unusually early hour, to accommodate our schedules that day. The area was difficult to access and severely sloped, and I'm not sure of how he accomplished all that he did, but when we returned home the area was transformed. He had removed all the debris, tree limbs, branches, leaves, soda cans, etc, which had been accumulating for sometime, raked the area and left it entirely clear and clean. He even suggested some plants that might thrive there. What had been in essence a junk yard, seemed to have become a potential conservation area! We were extremely pleased with the work, and would use Stephen again for other projects."

"Just wow. I had several large oak trees removed from behind a fenced-in yard. The trees were actually hanging over my fence, so this was very precise and delicate work. Tony and his remarkable crew came in with a crane and dismantled the trees piece by piece, moving the pieces over my house and garage and into the front yard where they were further dismantled and put into a chipper. It was a spectacle to behold. They had to remove parts of two fences and my mailbox in order to do all of this, but everything was restored exactly they way it had been. Amazing! It looks fantastic, and every single member of the T & N team was incredibly nice and friendly on top of it. All businesses should take note: THIS is how you do customer service."

"Matt Edwards is the guy who does the work and he is a great guy. I have used him 2 or 3 times. He is really excellent. He has a website that shows and tells about the work he does. I had quite a bit of work done on three quarters of an acre that I live on about 3 or 4 years ago which was over $5000. I told Matt to go through the trees that he thought would potentially hit the house. So, he did a lot of work and he is really good. I wanted some work done this winter. There was one gigantic pine tree which took him all day and that was $1000. He climbs up about 40, 50 or 60 feet with a power saw in one hand. He often has a big team depending on what they are doing. However, for that particular job, it was just him and a guy on the ground. I wouldn’t do that even if someone pays me 20 million."

The workmanship excellent. I'm in my new sunporch as I write, rocking in my rocking chair, sipping coffee, and quite satisfied.
