He diverted the work to his own company, Handy Buddy LLC, after indicating it was part of Luxury Bath. Corresponded with me via the entire project using his Luxury Bath e-mail. The project required significant rework and I had to finish a portion because he wouldn't fix some final items. 2 years later the work performed failed and I am now in the process of having it redone by a different contractor.
