"Why can we only leave a 5 star rating? Christopher and crew exceeded our expectations for our restoration project. Our project was to replace the decorative wrap on the 16 foot support columns on the entrance porch at the front of our house. The original wrap was 20 years old and parts had begun to rot. During the bid process Christopher suggested that we replace the wooden wrap with a Hardy plank type material that would last longer than wood. (the original wood wrap was painted). During the removal of the original wrap we noticed that the wrap framing was fairly lightweight, just enough to give the wrap something to be nailed to. Christopher removed the lightweight framing and installed a stronger frame. The new wrap that was installed looks considerably better and richer. The attention to detail, down to the router work on decorative panels, is impressive. Christopher was very responsive to our questions and every day they left the worksite spotlessly clean."

We had a small issue with the fence. We contacted Peter, and he immediately agreed to come himself and take care of it. "Levi met with us a few times and stayed responsive on text messages. The end result fence we got is quite good, but there were some hiccups along the way. I got the sense that Levi had a number of other jobs going on at the same time, and we ended up with a few miscommunications--some possibly that we weren't clear enough about, some that I'm sure we communicated but I think he either forgot or were lost in translation somehow. Most of the miscommunications they took care of, but we had a couple posts that cut off a corner of our yard and we had to pay a discounted amount to get moved. Feedback for the company would be to be double sure about fence lines that appear to cut off portions of the property, and it's a lesson for me to be ultra clear about things like this, not to leave details ambiguous. One good thing was that when the moving company broke one of the posts, Levi offered to fix it at cost if they didn't cover it."
