I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"I’m not quite sure what is taking so long to get any updates from this company. I’ve been waiting for an update on the siding being painted, touch ups they missed to be fixed, have their interior team fix the walls their crew punched nails through the wall, broke the frame of our kitchen window, and pick up the materials that have been blocking our driveway since the start of the project. It took them three weeks from the initial pick up date I was given for their team to pick up and confirm that the honey bucket had been taken from our property. Of course I had to call them to follow up and actually get it picked up. All of this to basically summarize that if you want your siding done in a timely manner and to work with a cohesive team that values communication and their customers as much as theirs salesman Brad told us they do, then find another company aside from Pacific Exteriors."

"Stay away from this company. The sales guy will over promise, while the installer under delivers. Fascia board and flashing were incorrectly installed on my front porch, causing rain to drip between the back of the gutter and fascia. Then I was told, it's the best they could do. They also installed new gutters over rotted wood, after I asked both, the sales member, and the installer to replace the rotted section. I'll be correcting these issues on my own since the company refuses to stand behind their work."

"With many roofing companies as possible options for our roof replacement selecting a contractor can be challenging. Patriot Roofing performed all aspects of the project flawlessly. Communication was great all the way through, I really liked the text message updates. The crews were very polite, a pleasure to have around, I mean they all really were great! As a contractor in a previous life, I seem to pick things apart, or so I'm told, I tried but there really was nothing to pick apart. Price is always a concern but, this levels out as well and we really feel that the work performed coupled with the overall experience was well worth it. "Yes Gerardo and his crew did an amazing job. We were fully impressed with the work that was done, so much so that that we recommended him to our friends and neighbors. His approach also was very friendly and he was willing to answer any questions we had about the project . He did a lot of the interior work also for us not only painting the interior walls but also they did the flooring for us. We also had them replace a some of our windows. He put in some very nice touches by installing some beautiful lights outside and inside. Our deck was falling apart and considering our budget we opted for a nice stair way leading to the backyard. The money we allocated for the deck we also used that to have Gerardo and his crew put up an extension to our roof in the back. All in all they are very talented and I would highly recommend them for your next project."
