They came back quickly to adjust the old track so that the door ran correctly. They were very professional in returning to correct the problem which may have been caused by the old track."

From the initial measuring and estimate, to the installation, and then a minor manufacturing issue, I could not be happier with choosing Superior to install my windows. It took me almost 6 months of research before finally pulling the trigger to hire Superior. I went overboard and got estimates from 9 different businesses. The windows were ordered, installation was scheduled once they came in, and the whole process was flawless! Once Ryan started working, it was very obvious he is a perfectionist. The sliding door and windows were installed perfectly. I did find a scratch on the glass of one of the windows, and the office manager Stephanie, came out to inspect it and ordered a new window pane for me and then came to install it once it arrived. Ryan and Stephanie had really made this big purchase happen for me with very little effort on my part. They have handled every little issue that came up to my complete satisfaction with great professionalism. I would love to hire Superior for additional work I was to complete in my house!"

Easy to schedule appointment.  Glass came in quickly and overall the project was complete efficiently.  More importantly, the technician/installer seemed knowledgeable, helpful and hence I had confidence in his work and hired them on the spot before waiting on other bids (for some reason other companies couldn't give me the price on the spot but he was able to).  He also answered questions about other windows and I plan to hire them again in the spring to address some other window issues.  I was glad I hired them because the other company didn't follow through.

"I had a couple of shingles come loose during a wind storm. I thought about crawling up there myself but we have a tall house and I didn''t see myself safely making the move from the ladder to the roof and back again. I found JJB on Angies list and gave them a call. They said it would cost $250 which I thought was expensive for a couple of shingles. I hesitated and started to rethink going up there myself. She explained that they would have to load the ladders on the truck drive here, do the job, drive back and unload. For that amount of labor, $250 wasn't really that much. Fair enough, I said O.K. I don't remember making an appointment, Jeff just showed up on a Saturday when I was up on the ladder installing gable vents. What a great guy. He was friendly, energetic and helpful. I explained to him why I didn't want to climb up on the roof and he gave me some tips on ladder safety. He asked me what I was working on and gave me some tips on installing the vents. He repaired the loose shingles, inspected the roof and and found some cracks to seal. And as long as he was up there, he cleaned the gutters. From end to end it was an great experience well worth the $250. It's a good feeling knowing a contractor I can trust."
