The crew, Steve and Dwayne, were very professional. They made sure to ask questions about what we wanted. "We moved into our home about three years ago.  Our home was painted brick on the first floor and cedar siding everywhere else.  We knew that we needed to either paint everything which would include a carpenter to replace a large percentage of the cedar siding due to rotting wood or replace it with some other material.  After a lot of research on siding materials I found that Hardy Plank was what we wanted to replace our cedar siding with.  Hardy Plank comes with a 30 year warranty and the only recomended company by the James Hardy company was Watry Homes.

"When I called the company they came out the same day.  After accessing the situation they moved all of the furniture and games from the affected room.  After removing the wet carpeting the crew washed and sanitized the floor and set huge fans around the room.  They came back a day later to check that everything was dry.  It was an excellent job and we were most relieved that we had no mold developing.  Hope we don't have anymore flooding but if we do we'd be sure to call "The Master Cats"."

"This was an AngiesList Big Deal I think for $99, but I paid a bit more
for the 1/2 room (a 4-room package) & some extra (allergy-related?) additive.  Service guy was not pushy about
extras, and very fast in doing the work. Two things -1) soon afterwards
my carpet (sort of industrial-style) rose up away from the floor in
parallel ripples a couple inches high.  I was alarmed and called the
owner, Jon.  He had heard of this happening before, said to wait another
day or two, that it should recede back again.  He was right and
everything looked perfect in 3 days.  2-3 stains from cat throw-up
(lighter in color) did reappear in a few weeks, but I hear from others,
this reappearance is common even with a good cleaning.  I could have
opted for "tough stain removal" addition, but did not.  Maybe next time.
