"I hired John to refresh the landscaping at my parents house before we put it on the market. He had done irrigation and landscaping work for my dad before, so I reached out to him. The yard already had established landscaping but needed a major refresh. John made practical recommendations without trying to oversell anything. The work included replacing St. Augustine sod, planting shrubs and flowers, adding mulch and Black Star gravel, trimming trees and shrubs, cleaning up the beds, servicing the sprinkler system, and improving backyard drainage.
