"Rob, the owner of the company, provided a price quote in an extremely prompt manner. After we came to a mutual agreement, I appreciated the way he structured our contract to include progress payments based on the completion of various work phases and not on specific dates. He remodeled my kitchen by performing many tasks such as tearing out the old kitchen; installing new flooring, cabinets; LED can lights, a new garbage disposal, an over-the-range microwave oven, and backsplash; building floating shelves; relocating a ceiling fan; and re-connecting all appliances. When challenges arose because of a faulty design by another firm, Rob was quick to provide thoughtful alternative methods to overcome the design flaws. He worked diligently throughout the process, rarely stopping to eat lunch. Finally, when the work was completed, Rob did a fantastic job of removing machine dust from the exterior of the cabinets, the backsplash, large appliances, and the flooring. The kitchen was so gleaming and beautiful that I didn’t want to use it for a few days. All discarded cabinet boxes and other debris were removed in an orderly manner. Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with Be Blessed Remodeling."

"Professional, excellent quality work. The project came in on budget. The work crew are all employees, Chris the owner does not use subcontractors making scheduling and accountability issues non existatant. Our lead, Jay Montgomery, was always on time. He was so meticulous in his work making everthing he did perfect. Each day he left the job clean and picked up. He always listened to our thoughts and problems and fixed them as did Chris. He made sure we were comfortable replacing our toilet each day so we didnt have to hike down the hall at night. He also reinstalled the sink and cooktop after the countertops were removed for our comfort, we were never without a kitchen during the remodel. We also replaced our floors with luxury vinyl and the installer Jared did an outstanding job. Mike, Jay's apprentice also showed an excellent work ethic and attention to detail. We highly recommend All American. Our neighbors have contracted with them also for a similar remodel which speaks volumes."

"The Friedman team did truly *amazing* job! Jason (the owner)’s initial visit to our home lasted more than an hour. He asked very detailed questions to ensure he understood exactly what we wanted to accomplish. The estimate was quickly produced, and was exceeding thorough and clear, spanning a full 2-pages, itemizing all that the job entailed. When there were possible ways of saving money, he offered them. He also suggested a number of clever workarounds we had not considered. The estimated amount was a bit less than the other two quotes we received. In addition, it included items others had not thought to suggest. Other companies said they could begin in 4-6 months. Jason said he would begin in 2-3 weeks and complete the sizable renovation within 3 weeks. Once we agreed to move forward, everything was wrapped up within the timeline he estimated (from my experience, a rare feat!). All members of his crew were friendly, diligent, and highly competent. They were efficient on site, demonstrated great skill, were cautious not to damage anything, and performed a through cleanup, leaving nothing behind. The final product far exceeded our expectations!
