Get matched with top foundation drainage installers and replacers in Belle Vernon, PA

"Great experience from the get-go. Owner Bill did estimate himself; was a straight shooter with much experience. Didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. Office staff Amberly, Tara & Jennifer were quick to respond to my emails & calls. Onsite workers Mike, Al, Brandon & "Mellow" were attentive to my needs/requests and worked their butts off hand-digging ditches in my rocky ground with few breaks. No more puddles in my garage and gutter water is now draining many feet from my house. This is the only local company that I could find who worked with downspout drainage issues. Great job all! Thanks. LMR"

"Erik and team exceeded my expectations. My basement is completley dry thanks to the interior French drain they installed. The team was quick, polite, knowledgable, and clean with the work they performed. I couldn't be happier."

"They installed three underpins to fix a porch foundation."

"We chose Dan based on his knowledge of the work that needed done. Repaired bowing walls in the basement, installed a french drain around the perimiter of the basement, installed two sumps and replaced a water damaged sill beam at the top of the foundation. The sill beam damage was caused from an outside patio sloping toward the house. The solution was to remove a portion of the patio (not the entire patio), which provided access to the sill beam and rim joist. Replacing the sill beam required jacking the basement joists up to repair the sag in the floor and install the new sill beam. The patio concrete was repaired neatly with a strip seal drain against the house to catch any water draining toward the house. Nice solution to the the problem. Dan provided the most economical solution to my bowing wall problems, carbon fiber straps for the areas where the wall bowing was less severe and steel beams where the wall bowing was much worse. In comparison to other companies quoted, Dan provided the most repair work for the money and in one case 1/3 less. Dan was able to start work within a week, not months like some companies, and finished the work as indicated, could not have asked for more. When the job was complete the area was cleaned up nicely and the concrete work and sill beam replacement looked great. We are very happy with Dan and would recommend him to anyone needing waterproofing work, most economical, fair, upfront, does what he says and completes the job quickly not over a long period of time."

"I had total reliance construction come out and give me an estimate for some water issues around my home, I worked with Zac who was friendly and professional, quick estimate time, and started work on the scheduled date promised. Zac and his team installed french drains around the foundation, waterproofed my house and returned the landscaping to better than before,Overall I am very pleased and couldnâ t be happier with the work and price."

"We were very happy to find A Plus Concrete & Foundation repair. They did a tremendous job!! Joe & his team came to our house last month to repair old crumbling foundation blocks. The team was fantastic! The old broken blocks in our foundation were repaired quickly and efficiently. Thank you! The team power washed the side patio above our garage per Gary, the owner's, suggestion. We're grateful Gary suggested removing the old rubber coating on the cement. We ended up finding numerous hairline cracks that were causing water to leak into the basement. After finding the source of the problem, Gabe and Dan returned two weeks later to seal the cracks and paint the patio above the garage with a fresh coat of paint. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and hard working. The patio looks amazing and is now leak free. Thank you! I will be recommending your company to my family and friends."

"French drain with sump pump in my basement and also new drainage supply for my gutters on the exterior of my home"

"My Home Pro, LLC. They did an interior French drain in my basement along 2 walls. The cost was very reasonable, and they were very knowledgeable and explained what the job would entail. The job was done in under 48 hours which was amazing. They even removed and restored the water heater same day. The workers were careful working in a more confined area and friendly. This being a very messy job, surprisingly, outside of ridiculous amounts of concrete dust, they left the work areas inside and out clean. We have not gotten an unusually heavy downpour to truly test the system, but I am happy with the results of the job. I highly recommend My Home Pro, LLC"
