"This company is a JOKE! They installed hardwood floating flooring in my home per their recommendations and when you walk on it, you can see and feel it move, it's like walking on a cushioned, unleveled floor, and you can hear puffs of air coming thru the planks. It's obvious part of the problem is the slab wasn't properly leveled. Al Elliott came to look at it, recognized the problems but played dumb and clueless and claimed it wasn't their fault. Said he would check on manufacturer warranties and would keep us posted, but he never did and doesn't respond to my texts. I would never use Elliot Carpet and Tile again nor would I recommend to anyone. I thought they were an experienced and reputable flooring company but I was dead wrong."
