"I had requested quotes from 5 different vendors. I had prices ranging from 1800-5000. Alan and Paul from South Florida Screen where the only ones that had great communication and did a thorough job in estimating my project. From each of the vendors I asked each to give me an estimate of everything they thought could be fixed with my enclosure. South Florida Screen was the only one that truly delineated every detail and found issues that others did not like one of the tie down cables. Their price was the most competitive. They also returned all my phone calls quickly. The day of the work, all went according to plan and my pool patio was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended. Great team."

"We had a three-season room built on top of an existing deck. The owner was involved every step of the way. He came out for the initial consultation, and was around just about every day during construction to update us on progress and timelines. He and the construction crew were personable and upfront with any issues they encountered. During construction, the crew found significant wood rot and water damage left to us from a previous owner. They informed us of the damage, gave us some options, and performed the repairs themselves, all for what we considered a very reasonable price. We really appreciated the level of communication and them being forward about this, and are grateful for the repairs. The room is just what we envisioned, and we are very happy with the results. We would highly recommend Pro Home and Sunrooms. The one small thing we'd change would be the amount of communication we received prior to the work starting. Construction was delayed by COVID-19, not due to Pro Home and Sunrooms, and we had to reach out to the owner once our initial start date had come and gone for a new schedule."

"Hired Ed Ryan to enclose a large rear porch and convert it into two bedrooms and a small home office and a 23 foot by 7 foot rear patio. Ed was very professional and easy to work with. He was really good about keeping us informed sharing the good and bad news as the project progressed. We are very pleased with end result. The project took longer than we had planned but it was because of delays with the city's plan approval process. We almost did not choose him because he was the low bidder out of five we interviewed. So glad we did. Quality work, fair price, and easy to work with. We recommend him."

"<p>D&D Aluminum is a great company. Carey Tarplay came to our  home to give an estimate. He suggested we visit his showroom, which we did. We were able to see all of the options to choose from, styles, colors, etc.  We wanted to replace our old sliding glass doors with French doors and Carey explained everything that needed to be done and helped us choose the proper layout for the side glass and French doors.  My husband and I had checked out a couple of competitors showrooms and I had fallen in love with a front door at one of them. D&D Aluminum didn't carry this line, but Carey said not to worry, he would be able to special order this door for us. "Allied Kitchen and Bath is the best remodeling company in Fort Lauderdale! When my husband and I purchased our home we immediately fell in love with the location. For the most part it was our dream home, but unfortunately the kitchen was less than dreamy. It was dated and closed off from the family room by a huge load-baring wall. Fortunately, I had a vision of my dream kitchen, but we definitely needed a professional to offer design ideas and complete our project, so we interviewed several companies. "Took forever to get them out but after many calls/complaints to the office they installed pavers, unfortunately it took 3 weeks later to get the cage  installed; the cage and pavers are fine; <br /> They wanted their check right away; we had some minor leaks but they never responded afterwards (no shows, no return calls, rudeness on phone) to repair them so I have given up on that; I did lodge a complaint with BBB . I would not recommend them to others- I think they have over extended themselves and can't or won't provide the timely service needed. <br />"
