Contacted Ed and he quickly came out and measured for my new floors and answered all my questions regarding which floor to use and the process for installation. He provided a detailed quote very quickly. Picked out which floor I wanted and he immediately ordered them - they arrived 2 days later so they could sit in the house to get acclimated. Installation was scheduled for 1 week later. Installers showed up on time each day and were very careful moving our furniture around. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Maurice and Parker did an excellent job on the installation and they were a pleasure to deal with. Very happy with all aspects - responsiveness, price, and installation. "Joey was responsive to my messages inquiring about using his services again. We coordinated him to start as soon as he finished the job he was working on. He had to adjust the date once or twice, but showed up on a Friday and worked through the weekend to get my job done asap. Workmanship is excellent, price is reasonable. They had to install the under tile reinforcement which made this job take longer than previous jobs he'd done for me, but as I watched the process I understood both the extra cost and time required. <br /> I bought the tile and grout and he provided everything else. I am very pleased with the results and think it is money well spent. <br /> His helpers were pleasant and polite and they all seemed to get along and be experienced in the trade. "The owner, along with her technician, examined the floor in my home.  They gave me their opinion of what needed to be done.  This coincided with my opinion of the scope of the work, since I have had that done previously.  She gave me a price which was within the range I wanted to spend.  She came with two technicians.  She made sure that everything was going smoothly before she left.  They came on time.  The technicians performed the work beautifully.  They were very polite and answered any questions I had.  The owner returned at the time she anticipated the job would be completed and inspected the work. <br /> I was very pleased and happy with the work.  They did a better job then my previous company, which I thought was good.   The finished product looked like it did when the marble was first laid.  She also provides a guarantee.  I would definitely recommend New Galaxy floors and will use them again. <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured.
