The prices they do end up verbally assigning to the items are prices that are much higher than other stores with the same products. I've spent a couple of weeks comparison shopping and this is the case with this store."

"Note: I opted to replace rather than repair, so I can't really vouch for quality of work. However, I can vouch that the gentleman that came over was very nice, honest, and knowledgeable. (We even called on a Saturday and got a visit that day.) He gave us a very reasonable estimate to repair the dryer. But considering the brand and age of our dryer, we decided it would be best to replace it with a new-to-us dryer."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range.
