They apparently were supposed to collect the rest of the money but they didn't. We were told that the scuffs and scratches would come out of the floor and they're still there. There are a couple of areas where there is bumps from excess wax. I didn't feel that they did a very good job."

I was called back right away and they had someone out to the house the next day. It was awesome response! The guy repaired the damaged siding and came back two weeks later and painted over the repair. It looks really good. I don't think anyone would be able to tell there had been damge. I'm am very please with the siding repair."
