Not only did Jim squeeze me into his busy schedule to accommodate my move-in schedule, he and his co-worker were on-time (even a couple minutes early) and got right to work. The carpet was vacuumed and all scraps removed, leaving me with carpets ready for the cleaner. The re-stretching turned out great, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire Jim for any future flooring needs."

"We got great pricing and great quality carpet. <br /> They actually had an all wool carpet, not easy to find around here. Our home was a new construction. They came quickly when we were ready and they worked very efficiently. No problems at all. <br />  In fact we had a bit of an accident with water leaking from a pipe right into the master closet on to our all wool carpet. Long story. Anyhow, once I got the carpet all dried out they squeezed us in to get the closet carpet back down so we could still have the closet installed on schedule.
