For this reason, I will no longer use Mitchell’s services for anything I may need in the future. When I need something to be repaired, I expect that repair to be completed, or at least an estimate provided (for labor and parts) for the additional work beyond the diagnosis of what it would take to adequately repair the issue. I received neither in this case, and so this $99 diagnostic fee should have been waived."

To make matters worse, after the installation, the team left a mess on the street that they didn’t clean up. While I am relieved my family now has hot water and a new water softener system, I cannot justify the excessive cost or the unprofessional behavior. I would caution anyone considering Larry & Sons to think twice before doing business with them. In my experience, they took advantage of a dire situation, leaving me feeling overcharged and disappointed."
