"Bill was very thorough. He showed up on time for his estimate he showed up on time to do the work very pleasant gentleman. I had to have my outside Spicket replaced. It was a mess. He did a wonderful job on that inside my hot water tank just wouldnâ t get hot anymore and was getting old and it was wearing. He replaced the hot water tank and some other parts. Did a great job installing a new gas tankless system to replace an existing electric tank. And their quote was Way less than the the other big name water heater guy. They were right on time and I got text updates as to there location to arriving, appointment reminders etc. They said it would be a 1/2 day job and they were pulling out of my driveway at noon sharp.
