"We needed a circular driveway installed. Lots of grading and ild concrete and gravel removal. They demoed, grade and installed the forms all in the same day, quick and clean. They tamped the grounds and got it all ready to be poured. Pouring took about 4 to 6 hours and those guys worked very hard and fast. The concrete truck driver cleaned up the street after pouring making the street look clean as it was before the pour. They finished the concrete and installed expansion joints where needed. Took a 3rd day for all the forms to be removed and cleaned up. The driveway looks beautiful and the work is top notch. We used 3000psi fiber mesh concrete and the final product is very strong. "Ira sent a team of guys (3) to the house as scheduled and they went right to work. I had cleaned out most of the garage so they were able to start quickly. They used a machine to grind the garage floor to bare concrete. The garage had lots of cracks so they filled them in with an epoxy crack filler. Once this was done and dry they rolled on the base color. They rolled the top coat and threw the flakes on the floor. Scraped the excess flakes off and i think another top coat, can't remember exactly. I went with the Poly Aspartic system since it was a one day process over the epoxy system which would have been 3-4 days. Yes it was a bit more expensive but the results are great and it has a great warranty. IMPORTANT NOTE -  the stuff really smells and since it's in your garage it will seep into your house. Be prepared to deal with the smell for about a day, we left the garage door open a crack over several nights to help with the smell. I could walk on it within a couple of hours and parked the car on it the following day. Looks awesome.About a week later they came to start on the driveway, walkway and lania. They pressure washed one day and started the work the following day. They put down the base coat, we selected a two color acrylic system with a template design. After that the stencil was laid down followed by the top coat being applied by sprayer. This was all done by 2 guys, they'd been doing this for quite some time, you could tell. After the top coat dried they removed the stencil and you could see the design and colors. Once all was cleaned up from overspray they applied two coats of sealer. WARNING.... this stuff smells real bad, worse than the garage!!!! My wife and child had to leave one night because of the smell. All in all the driveway and lanai look great. Have received lots of comments from neighbors wanting to do the same to their house. I'll try and figure out how to add photos here soon."

"I could not be more pleased! Gian was terrific from the get-go. This is Very Impressive because the start of our negotiations was 5 months ago! The delay was entirely my fault, but Gian was very patient and understanding through it all.
The crew was very polite. The guys wielding those sledgehammers the first day were a sight to behold! All of the mess was cleaned before the crew left each day.
Victor, Gian's dad and founder of the business, is a wealth of information and insights on all manner of subjects. (He's been in the construction trade for many years.) He is a delight to talk with.
The work was done just as promised, in a timely manner. They even accomodated us by arranging to pour on Monday so my husband could watch the proceedings. (Our dog enjoyed watching from the window, too!)

"THE WORK WAS FINALLY COMPLETED TO OUR SATISFACTION. DUE TO THE XMAS AND NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS, WORK WAS INITIALLY DELAYED. BUT WHEN IT WAS STARTED, THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DELIVERED WHAT WAS PROMISED. VERY, VERY SATISFIED."

"I bought the water heater and the expansion tank. All I needed was a new heater to be set and plumbed - I was expecting to pay $200-300 for the work since it should take 2-3 hours total. The quote was over $800 (minus the $200 credit for the prepaid service). I called another plumber I've used in the past and they quoted $500 but couldn't get to it for 3 days - so I was kinda stuck with this deal. I wouldn't do it again - the $200 prepay is arbitrary when the quote just gets jacked up by another $200. I feel like I paid $79 to get ripped off when it was time to deliver. They did agree to charge me only an 'additional' $500 rather than $695. I could have solved this whole problem with the plumber I used before for $500 total and avoided the whole $79 "big deal".
