We got a lot of snow the morning of the appointment but the company Owner - Scott Blackwood - was on time. Scott was engaged to test the home for mold as my health compromised in-laws wondered if air quality might be contributing to their health issues. Scott was fantastic in his patience level answering their questions and clearly explaining the process. After lab samples were taken, weather delayed the fed ex delivery of same to labs in Texas, but Scott contacted us the moment he knew test results would be delayed and sent me a follow-up email first thing every morning to keep me up to date. Sampling came back negative, which Scott predicted, but he had some great recommendations for a few minor compromised areas in the home that we could take care of on our own. His honesty in this business dealing was deeply appreciated. His constant updates are unusual to say the least in todays non-customer service oriented world. Above all I deeply appreciate his timeliness and care in dealing with my family members. Highly recommend the services provided by this business and their culture of excellent customer service."
