I was concerned about how the gutters would turn out as well as the color combinations. I was always able to call in to the service department with questions and they helped resolve all of my concerns. After the job is complete, they send out a quality assurance person to make sure that the installation was done properly. They answer your questions at that time. The company offers a lifetime warranty, so they will send someone out to correct any problems you have. I was very pleased with the look of the home exterior colors, and the new door. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Could not be more happy. Everything just went as well as it could have during this crazy COVID stuff. Windows went smooth, roof in a day and siding was a few days. We thought our gutters Needed repaired But when Aaron and Xena came out they showed us othey showed us other function errors That brought water closer to our house from improper installation errors. They inspected everything and showed us the errors. We ended up getting new gutters. They had a large variety of options and colors and protection against leaves and sticks. They were respectful and efficient And had great communication!! I would use journey Contracting again! They made it very painless To replace my gutters! 5 stars to these guys"

"Initiall call returned in one day  and service was completed as promised.  crew of carpenters was excellent and fun to have working... certainly saved us  from a lot of labor that we were not quite willing to do ourselves.

UPDATE-6/6/15:

We used this company in the past for a roofing job that has since gone wrong, without appropriate follow-up or resolution from Bazell Maintenance & Remodeling. The door portion of the job in this review was originally very good, but as of now, you can hardly get the door open without yanking the knob off. I have yet to receive any resolution on this issue, either."

"Not your average project!  I had previously had I-beams installed on 3 walls of the basement.  The ceiling tiles had to come down and parts of the ceiling needed to be lowered.  Complicated story but Charles came by and we agreed on a way to fix it.  They were always on time and put in a lot of work. The ceiling got fixed and looks great.  I had time they owed me on paying for the 40 hr. special so they also worked on my 1/2 bathroom in the basement.  Painted, sticky tile on floor and new faucet.  They took the time to remove the toilet and sink cabinet so they could lay the floor they way it should be done.  Nice guys to work with and they made sure they cleaned up the mess.
