"Appointment was scheduled for 11-12, contractor arrived at 2pm. I had to call him at about 12pm to ask what was going on; he didn't call me to let me know he'd be late. Other than that, service was good and fast. He "winterized" my sprinkler system in 30 minutes or so. Price was better than the 2 competitors I knew of."

"We arranged a day to have the work done.  Due to a rain storm, the
original day for the work to be done had to be moved on short notice. 
The communication about moving the day was via a phone call, text
message and email - which I thought was excellent. 
When the new appointment day came, the crew arrived 10 minutes early. 
Everyone introduced themselves, josh reviewed the work to be done with
me, and then with the crew.  After that the crew positioned the truck,
got out their gear and got right to work.  The trees are too big for
them to use a truck or ladders, so they used ropes to climb up into the
tree canopy (no spikes used) and started pruning and removing dead
branches.  They worked for 4 hours with no breaks, stopped for about an
hour at lunch time, then did another 2 hours.  After the trimming work,
there was a bunch of branches on the ground, which they put through
their chipper/shredder, raked up the area, and used a blower to finish. 
If you didn't know what had happened, you'd never have been able to
tell anything was previously on the lawn.
All in all - it was a quality experience.  Work was done right by a
professional crew.  Communication was excellent.  Price was fair and
reasonable.  I'd definitely be willing to hire them again."

"Joe is a very personable owner and worked with me to reduce the cost of my sprinkler repair. I renovated my back yard and as a result 3 zones were completely destroyed. Other companies wanted to install new zones as they couldnâ t be bothered to look for where the damaged lines were. This also made their quote more expensive than Joeâ s. His approach was to find the lines, repair or reroute lines which allowed for cost savings. He also went above and beyond by upgrading some heads that were in okay condition. "After the central office remedied the slight scheduling snafu, we were off to the races. The 2 workers, "R" and "L", were awesome! So professional, helpful and polite. They listened to what I needed and completed the work ahead of time! In fact, I had to find more work around the yard for them to do. So in addition, they also laid down landscaping fabric, did some weed-whacking around the perimeter of the yard and added the 4 bags of garden soil to my fall garden area - one of those chores we 'meant to get to', but with the stifling heat and humidity, we kept putting it off!
