Melanie was our point of contact with scheduling the appointment and any questions we had. On the day of appointment, they arrived on schedule and proceeded to change out our old water heater. "The guys from 4-Ever Water-Tite were great! Prior to contracting 4-Ever Water-Tite, I had problems with water and excess moisture in my basement. My basement walls were also pushing in laterally. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. I am happy to report that it has now been a full year since 4-Ever Water-Tite worked on waterproofing my basement and it has remained dry. I highly recommend this company."

"I contacted Hoover and they had an electrician out the same day, within an hour or two of my scheduling call. The great service did not stop there. The electrician they sent, JNathan, was extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and very personable. He did a whole home electrical inspection and provided me a list of things that are in great shape, things that are nearing end of life, and things that need to replaced immediate. He did not try to upswell me on anything. My request had to do with a single faulty outlet that I needed changed and he performed the work very quickly and ran all tests right in front of me. He explained exactly what happened and advised on how I can avoid the issue in the future. All in all, Nathan with Hoover is hands down the best master electrician and I will be using him next time I need some work. 10/10 I would recommend friends and family to Nathan and Hoover. "At 10 pm on a Saturday we had a pipe from an upstairs bathroom burst in the ceiling of our kitchen. I had used Local Plumbing and Drain before for a long list of jobs. So I called just to leave a message, so I could schedule Joe (owner) to fix my issue. Within 10 minutes I received a return call and Joe offered to come to repair the pipe then. I assured him that I had shut off the water and that it could wait, so we scheduled the service for the next morning. Very happy with the service and the price!
