He fixed all structural problems, electrical updates, and installed a new window which also required re-shingling the outside of my home and matching the existing exterior paint. He has a remarkable attention to detail, and all work was completed to a high standard. His worked passed all inspections on the first try. The project took longer than anticipated (some of which was due to my schedule, change orders, and delays in materials I ordered), but he was on site every day and was in constant communication with me on every detail.
