"Our project was the removal of a large Kohler walk-in handicapped bath tub and replacing it with a custom designed shower. Timothy Baker, the installer, could not have been better in any way. Tim was completely professional and dedicated, even staying very late the last evening to complete the job. A significant bonus to this project is knowing that we have lifetime warranty on the shower, even transferable to a subsequent home owner. We were impressed with his knowledge, his high service level and his overall consultative advice and expertise. Very fair price and his team were friendly and professional. He kept me updated through out the entire process & made sure I was informed of all my options. He definitely showed me he takes pride in his job and his attention to detail in his work shows! He replaced my shower handle stem and handle. Installed a new main water shutoff valve with a pressure regulator valve, and an overflow tank, both of which entailed very restricting and difficult location and placement.
