Tim came back a week later (my preferred schedule) to install new carpeting after I had the opportunity to do some work myself on the floor. They communicated well (phone and text messaging) regarding the work time and arrived on schedule. The work was well done. No problems. "Around the first of March we began our search for new carpet, stopping at three vendors including Carpet Man we sought estimates for carpet and installation. When we met with Paul he and quot;cut to the chase,and quot; provided carpet and pad examples, offered a very competitive price and arranged to visit our home to confirm the measurements we provided. <br /> The measurement took place at the prearranged time. Upon departure Paul confirmed he would communicate the estimated delivery date and arrange an installation date. Within four hours March 18 was established as the installation date. <br /> The 4-person installation crew arrived promptly at 10:30 AM and set to work. All furniture moving was included in the purchase price which set Carpet Man apart from one vendor who increased the cost by nearly one third. Once the furniture was moved the old carpet and pad were removed. As needed the new carpet was off-loaded, brought into the house, laid out and cut. Installation continued and by 3:30 PM the crew was out the door. All major furniture was returned to the location we requested. Clean-up was great. The crew didn't waste any time, were amazing in their efficiency and skill. <br /> This is the second purchase and installation by Carpet Man. When our house was built 15 years ago Carpet Man carpeted the entire house. <br />"

They were punctual and very professional. They worked efficiently and were finished in a reasonable amount of time. "Overall we were very pleased with the work that Brad and his family did - they're really knowledgeable and did a quality job. He took the time to understand our preferences and offered lots of ideas and options during his original consultation. The job itself included a complete remodel of the master bathroom, including rearranging where the vanity and shower were located. The work went smoothly and they very much made an efficient team. We had a couple of additional odd jobs that they were able to work into time gaps between drywall phases in the bathroom. There were a couple of curveballs during the project that they were able to work around and keep within budget for the most part, and weren't put out in any way by having to adjust plans. From the original consultation throughout the entire job, they always took time to answer questions and to make sure we understood what they were doing and why. They were extremely conscientious in terms of keeping things clean, laying down plastic to protect carpet and stairs that were getting extra traffic during the project. They also cleaned up after each day (we were still using the master bedroom during the project). They were always on time, always asked before setting up work spaces in the garage, on the porch, etc., and always made sure that their work schedule was workable on our end. We couldn't always be home when they were working on things, but we were very comfortable with them as an honest, upstanding family, whose work crew didn't change from one day to the next. In fact, there was some sort of deposit that Menards charged for the shipping materials for our vanity countertop that we never knew about, and they made sure to send the refund on to us after the fact. We'd definitely recommend them to others (and have done so already), and plan to give them a call for future projects."

"I was not happy with the carpet cleaning because they didn't move my furniture. They just cleaned the carpet around it. I thought the price was high for the service provided. I would not use them again for my carpet cleaning."

"Everything was fantastic on that except for some wood flooring installation. The products were awesome. The guy that did the tile was great. The carpet guy was great. The guy that did the wood floor wasn't so great. He worked for Williams. He took out the old wood floor and put in the new one through the whole house. It took him a couple of weeks, and the wood was not cheap because, of what we had picked out. The lady in the salesroom was great, knowledgeable, and got me fantastic deals. She helped out a great deal and she was top-notch. The installers were top-notch except for the guy that installed the wood floor. The company overall was good and the prices were great."

"Everyone was very easy to work with, and professional. They always showed up on time on the days they were working on our floors, and stayed pretty late the last day to get it all done for us. They found a couple issues that had previously existed in the house that we hadn't known about, like water coming in the sliding door in the dining room, and water leaking out from the washing machine. They stopped what they were doing to point out these issues to us, and waited to finish so that everything was dried out and taken care of properly, even though it set them back on their schedule. We are so grateful that they were so honest with us. There was also an issue with a crack in one our toilets that we hadn't noticed before, and they installed a new one for us, and hauled away the old one. Even though the whole project ended up taking longer than expected because of some of these issues discovered along the way, they still honored their original estimate. They were very flexible and easy-going with changes we made along the way, and they did a very nice job on all the work. Now, 7 months later, we are still very happy with our floors, and happy we went with Four Seasons Installation. The only reason we gave a "B" in quality is because there are a couple isolated places in the floors where there are very small gaps (you don't notice unless you're looking for them), where the two planks aren't quite snapped all the way together. However, this has not been an issue for us thus far, and the price was so reasonable and they were so easy to work with that we didn't have the heart to call them back about it. (I am confident they would have come fix it if we had called them and pointed it out.) We have already recommended Four Seasons Installation to multiple people, and would certainly recommend them to you. <br />"
